Food ALLERGENS – ERASMUS+ KA2

Rezos Brands is participating in a new Erasmus+ project called ALLERGENS – Food Allergens Risk Management for Food Safety, together with the partners Usak Il Tarim ve Orman Mudurlugu, Romagna Tech Societa Consortile Per Azioni, and Grm Novo mesto – center biotehnike in turizma. The overall objective of this project is to develop skills of food control officers, to increase the level of compliance of food control officers and food businesses with EU directives and to enhance knowledge about food allergens.

The project kicked-off virtually on the 22nd of April 2021.
